Sign Up for Fight Notes

1. This program is available for recipients of any age, however, those under the age of 18 must have the permission of a parent or guardian prior to being added to the Fight Notes card program. 2. An insert will be sent with the first card that indicates who signed a recipient up for this program, how many months recipient's can expect to receive cards, and information about renewing, cancelling or adjusting anything with their Fight Notes sign-up. 3. Fight Pals that have already opted into receiving cards from Fight Notes through their Fight Pals sign up are not eligible to receive more cards for themselves through any Fight Notes sign-ups. However, Fight Pals are welcome and encouraged to sign loved ones up for Fight Notes.
